I would say leadership is the last thing I think of when Christine comes to mind, because she is so much more than that. What does come to mind is her kind, quiet and loving presence. Her willingness to help, share and give all she has. Her overwhelming enthusiasm for the things she's passionate about: God, her family, other people and her business. If you have been around her at all, you've noticed how she always puts people first. How she always takes time for personal words of encouragement, praise, kindness and understanding. How she makes you feel loved and important. She has a magic about her that draws people near. She sees the very best in people and helps them brings out there personal best. I've seen Christine continue to shine and focus on what's important in the most stressful and inopportune times. Her positive attitude radiates and energizes those around her.
All the things that I mentioned above are so apparent when you get the opportunity to be around Christine and are very rare in today's society. So many are only focused on themselves and what's going to get them ahead--pounding their chest and trying to push themselves and there agenda down our throats. Christine leads with a servants heart. She is a rare jewel! In my opinion this is what leadership should be. Christine is indeed a competent, strong, and humble leader. Her actions speak louder than her words. So, when I opened with leadership is not what I think of when I think about Christine, it is because she’s not what society and the media are telling us a leader is. There should be a new word to describe what people like Christine exude, because the word leadership has been so tarnished.
Because I lack knowledge of a new word that describes Christine (and people like her), I will concede and say that Christine is the pinnacle of what leadership should be and look like. I am beyond blessed to know her and to have her as my mentor, leader and friend. --Lisa O, FSJ Coach

I joined Christine's Team with another company, and then followed her to this new Company. With being on her team previously, I was confident I would get the support and assistance I needed. She knows the Company inside, and out. (business building, website and ordering information, product details, and monthly promotions). Christine created a Facebook page that keeps us updated on all pertinent Company information. Very user friendly and questions are always answered promptly. She shared with me a “Welcome” pack, that she created for new recruits. A concise, overview to help new recruits have a successful start on their business.
Christine is very creative, and her passion for our hobby and business is palpable. We have never met in person, but I feel a strong connection. If we personally met, we would be like old friends, catching up, and never running out of lively conversation. --Karen S, FSJ Coach

Christine is a great leader. She is a caring person that leads with her heart. She keeps others informed and as a result she has answers to the questions people ask. With her personality, she lights any room she enters. She reaches beyond to help anybody she can.--Claudia, FSJ Coach
Christine is a very talented and special person. She creates beautiful cards and teaches us new techniques at each class. She makes the classes fun and yet so relaxing. I always look forward to our classes. Christine goes out of her way to make sure everyone is able to come and join the fun. Lori, FSJ Customer
I love Christine's classes because they are always fun, but challenging! She does an amazing job at putting together unique and beautiful cards! I love my card class friends and look forward to our monthly get away together. There is so much stress relief around those tables, great friends, amazing crafting and wonderful memories! So blessed to call my "card lady" my friend! Anne, FSJ Customer
Around the end of December 2015, I met Christine online. I was looking at a creative company to join, I had everything ready to go with a company, send money and join. That was when I saw something that Christine had posted about her company and I was so drawn to ask her questions. Within the same day we were on the phone talking. What a "sweet spirit" was my first thing I felt coming over the phone. Christine answered all my questions, never bad mouthed any other company and was never pushy to join her company. I knew I wanted to be part of her company.
I have been involved in other crafting company and never felt like I belonged or that I was important, with Christine I do feel I belong and that my part of her group is important. No matter what mistakes I have made or problems that I have run into, Christine has been there for me. And if she can't answer a question, she will put me in touch with someone that can help me. In a short time, I consider Christine a friend, a wonderful leader and a great support system. I am blessed to know her and have her in my life. Christine is what leadership should always look like.--Kathy B, FSJ Coach
