Leadership Team 2016-2017
What an honor it was to be able to attend the 2nd Annual Leadership Team retreat at Richard and Gabby Garay's home . We were wined, dined and spoiled. We all stayed at the Cibola Vista Resort & Spa. Each of us had our own suite conjoined with someone. My buddy was Michelle Kinder. I absolutlely love her. We are so much alike it was almost scary. I am blessed to have been able to hang out with Michelle.
Our first evening, was a welcome dinner and celebration. The house was all decked out for the holidays & the table was set up and decorated so beautifully. We fellowship-ed over dinner and drinks. Richard and Gabby gifted us with an exclusive leadership planner with an agenda and notes. I will use it for the upcoming year for my business planning and downline organizing. Thank you Richard and Gabby.
The next day, we returned for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We always seem to eat a ton while we are there. We spent the day in meetings with the management team (Richard, Gabby, Greg, Nicole and Dan). Most of what was shared was vaulted until released by Richard. Below, are some pictures of the amazing RG studio. I love what Gabby did to organize all the stamps in our beautiful storage totes. I could have spent a day or two just creating away. I am also sharing some beautiful cards Richard has made (many have been demo'd in his live videos).
Gabby girl gifted us all with the most adorable aprons. I feel so darn cute when I wear mine. Thanks Gabby! Kim came to spend some time with us. We made 2 cards and we were able to make some fun things for our new planners.
Okay, so I was a little naughty and busted RG doing a live video... so here is a behind the scenes photo. I absolutely love the cards he made. I even teased him and asked if they were new stamps. Smiles.
Tradition is a PJ party. We exchanged swaps, did a gift exchange AND we all got to see the NEW Bloom this Way catalog before anyone. Eeek!! Oh, AND we all got to watch the LONG version of the Disney Incentive trip video. I can't wait to show it to Jessie.
We visited the Journey station. A few of us snuck into Richard's office to take some photos. Not sure I look as good as he does at HIS desk. Regardless, it was fun to pretend.
While we visited the station, we did some quick videos and then had the AMAZING honor to dine with the crew to thank and celebrate THEM. After eating we all loaded up in a coach bus to attend a musical, Mama Mia. What a fun experience. Of course, as always, I enjoyed seeing Kimber. She holds a very special place in my heart and always will. She was the VERY first person I talked to at the Journey Station when I joined. A huge thank you to all our Journey crew, we could not do what we do in the field without all of them.
Ending my post with my favorite picture from our time in Arizona. These two have stolen my heart. I am blessed beyond measure to be apart of this amazing Journey they created. They are amazing, loving, generous, inspiring and so DANG adorable. Thank you RG and GG for another amazing time. I can't wait to see what the future holds for all of us. I am SO honored to be on the leadership team as an advocate for other coaches. I have learned so much and have grown so so much. Thank you from the VERY bottom of my heart. May God continue to bless us all.
Until we meet again,
