OhmyLanta! Richard (RG) and his crew sure do know how to Celebrate! I don't even know where to start. The above photo tells all, it was a BIG Party.
I am sorry it has taken me so long to do my recap, I have been waiting to get some photos that I was hoping to share. Unfortunately, I have not received them yet, so I need to move forward without them.
So this happened... I traveled to beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona June 8th-June 12th with my Journey Girl bag in tow and two suitcases with all my gifts, swaps and some clothes. What a great way to spend your 50th Birthday. (FYI, I came home with three suitcases and my Journey Girl bag stuff with NEW products, swaps, gifts and my clothes).
Here is a photo of the NEW products I brought home. I love that FSJ has a shop so we can buy all the goodies to take home.
Speaking of gifts and swaps, here is what I made for my 1st level downlines that attended convention. I had the pleasure of celebrating with 8 of my level 1's this year. I shared a photo of the frames I made for each of them on a prior blog post. I am also sharing a photo of the 9 of us.
Here are the swaps I made. It's always so much fun to trade with other coaches so you can take home lots of ideas and inspiration.
The first event was a Pre-Party on the greens. It was so MUCH fun. Games. dunk tank, silly photo ops. FOOD and fellowship. My favorite part was seeing Kimber. Next, was the water fans, never ever knew there was such a thing. Sometimes it's the little things that amuse me. I loved getting a picture with Kristina and our photo bomb of Lynn (love her).
Day two: it was a day of announcements, introductions, demonstrations and a whole lot of craziness. Here are two of my favorite photos of Richard. The first, my caption would be 'Thank you Lord for your blessings". The second is another photo that speaks to me, Richard is a creative genius & I love watching him create.
Here is a team photo of all my downlines who were at convention. Our shirts were the talk of many. I loved that they were white & cool.
After a day of learning, and receiving a copy of the NEW INSPIRATION 2016 CATALOG, I was invited to the Manager's Reception. It all started with a limousine. Our destination was The Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort. I felt like Cinderella. Together, with Richard, Gabby, Greg, Nicole and Dan, 9 of us were able to spend time enjoying a private dining room with a glass wall, which opens to a state-of-the-art show kitchen and offers the option of a personalized, interactive journey with the chef. It was absolutely breathtaking. I made it back to my room before Midnight and with both my shoes (aka glass slippers) on. It was such a honor to be able to attend (I have never done anything like that) and I even ate raw tuna, and like it.
Day 3: More announcements, more inspiration and demos, Make and Takes. Here are the four amazing projects that we made with all the NEW stamps available July 1.
The evening started with a leadership/directs social hour. It was a beautiful evening and it felt good to get outside for a bit.
Annual Awards Ceremony
After a delicious dinner, Dan Arwine presented all the awards for the year. First up, was coach titles. he had coaches stand as he went through the titles. The first group on stage were the current Managers. There were 8 total. Then he had me come to the stage, as the first, and only Senior Manager.
Next up, Top 5 recruiters, Top 5 sales, followed by the Disney Incentive earners. Being one of the trip earners, Richard presented me with Mickey ears and an exclusive FSJ luggage tag (sorry, I don't have any photos of the Disney group). Here is a photo I did at one of the lunches. At first it was not intentional, but my creative eyes seen Mickey, so I went with it and took a photo.
Okay, there is so much more I could share and tons more photos, but I need to cut it off somewhere, I will end it with a collage of photos that I did not share yet. If you want to see more, you can view them HERE.
I want to thank my family, my customers and my team for supporting me and allowing me to spend time doing what I love. I am looking forward to another great year ahead, Thank you Richard and Gabby for making dreams come true for this small town, Minnesota girl.
