Journey Coach Executive Manager
Est. June 2014, Coach #51
Hey there Papercrafters! My name is Christine Pennington and I live in Stewartville, Minnesota. I am a wife (married to the handsome Matthew), and a mother to 3. Jessie is our baby (16). Our son Derek, is 27 and lives in Minneapolis. Our oldest Keshia (30) and her dapper husband Ryan, live in North Carolina. I am a grandma to their grandpup, Miss Tiffany. We also have two pups, who are loved dearly (Riley and Koltyn).
I have been in the papercrafting industry for 20+ years. I hung my coat with the Angel Company for many years, before they closed in 2011. I met some pretty amazing people during that time. When Fun Stampers Journey (FSJ) launched direct sales, it brought many of us consultants back together again. I truly believe when God closes one door he opens another. I love to make cards mostly, my favorite technique is coloring. I am loving all that FSJ has to offer. From planners, to mixed media. It's fun to get messy with all the mediums.
FSJ came to me at a busy time in my life. I was helping my oldest plan and prepare for her wedding. My plate was so full, I did not want to take another thing on. But, a friend pushed me to take the leap of faith, and BOY am I happy I did.
I joined FSJ in June 2014 to be a hobbyist, I just wanted to make enough to pay for my addiction to stamps and paper. Well, God has a funny sense of humor, because today I am an Executive Manager (currently the highest title among my peers). I am not a person to brag or gloat, because its not anything I have done... it's all my team and my customers. I just get the privilege in leading them. For me, its not the titles, promotions, money or 'fame'--- its the relationships I have made. Since joining FSJ, I have been privileged with being on the leadership team two years in a row and earned the first ever incentive trip to Disney with my youngest. It was absolutely magical. Anyhow, I am having the best time in my life. I am so thankful for this opportunity and I am looking forward to many years ahead with my business. I believe God has big plans for FSJ.
